How do I return an item?

We understand shopping online can be tricky sometimes. That's why at GoldLyfe we offer the GOLD STANDARD on returns and exchanges. If for any reason you don't like the product you received, you can mail it back to us for a FULL refund. We just ask that the product be sent back within 10 days of purchase and be in like-new or pre-partied condition. Please include a copy of your order confirmation and mail the product to:

In the rare event that the product is damaged or we sent you the wrong one, please email us first so we can send you a pre-paid shipping label as well. Our customers don't pay ANYTHING if we make a mistake.

How do I know what size to order?

We know all too well that finding the perfect fit can be an adventure in its own. That's why at GoldLyfe, we try to include as much accurate sizing information for each product as possible. We have also added a size charts link to every product in the product detail page. Reference the size charts to help determine your size when ordering. Because sizing and cut will vary between brands, please use this chart as a general guide to compare the various size scales. If you are between sizes or need assistance selecting the proper size, please email us at support@goldlyfe.com and we will be happy to make a recommendation.

I picked the wrong size, help!

No worries! We all make mistakes, but with the GOLD STANDARD we've got you covered. If you would like to exchange your product for a different size just mail it back to us at:

Please include a copy of your order confirmation and indicate which size you would like to exchange it for. We'll mail the new size to you for FREE within 4-7 business days. We just ask that the product be sent back within 10 days of purchase and be in like-new or pre-partied condition.

When will my item ship?

Limited production runs

Limited production runs are made-to-order. After the reservation period has ended, we begin making your product and you can expect it to ship within 4-7 business days.

Regular stock items

None of the products we sell are "regular". But for those products that we already have in stock, orders placed Monday-Friday before 11 AM PST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and usually ship within 1 business day pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 11 AM PST will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 11 AM PST will begin processing on the following Monday. We will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification.

Help! Where is my item?

Gold things come to those who wait, but if it has been over a 7 business days and you still have not received your item please send us an email with your order number to support@goldlyfe.com. We will do everything we can to make your order right and issue you a full refund if we cannot.
